PY (Popular Management) Magazine, a monthly periodical published by PERYON (Turkish Human Resources Management Society), has published a news article featuring FU entitled “Looking forward: A Year of New collaborations”. In the article the targets of CEOs from various sectors were compiled.
The news article also discusses the aggressive increase in the housing credit volume in 2016 and the sustainable growth within the sector.
Mr. Ertuğrul Bul, FU Gayrimenkul’s CEO, was quoted heavily in the article. He explains how "1.2 million residences / houses on average are sold in Turkey every year. One-third of these sales are mortgaged. At FU, we complete the largest part of the mortgage creation operations before 970 land registers. This means that there are nearly 800 thousand transactions that fall outside the scope of our access, and we would like to give our support to these customers based on our knowledge and experience. Based on a rough calculation, there are more than 120 encumbrances and restrictions over the real estate title deeds which may have an impact on the real estate’s value. At FU we wanted to come up with a solution that gives assurance in this respect, based on our review on the title deed details and records of the potential real estate. This is how the Sağlam Tapu (Sound Title Deed) service was born. We anticipate reaching sales figures of 2,250 for Sağlam Tapu in 2016. This year will also be the year in which we will announce exciting news for the Sağlam Tapu service, as well as offering new products that will service the entire sector".
